Founded by artisan Ebony S. Muhammad and inspired by the generational mastery of her father, Prim + Polished delivers hand-crafted restoration, polishing, and mirror shine services for men’s leather shoes — wrapped in soft packaging and steeped in tradition.

Shipping Your Shoes to Prim + Polished
We are honored to care for your footwear, no matter the distance. To ensure your shoes arrive safely and return to you in their best condition, please follow these steps:
1. Book Your Service
Complete your Service Request purchase above. During checkout, add a note that you’ll be shipping your shoes to us.
OR
Contact us via our website or by email (monarch@ebonysafiyyah.com) to select your desired service(s) and confirm pricing.
2. Prepare Your Shoes
Lightly brush away any loose dirt.
Remove laces (if applicable) and keep them in a small labeled bag.
3. Package with Care
Place each shoe in a soft dust bag or wrap in clean tissue paper.
Fill the toe area with paper to maintain shape during transit.
Use a sturdy box with ample padding to prevent movement.
4. Include Your Details
Inside the box, include:
Your full name, return address, and phone number
A printed copy of your service request or order confirmation
5. Ship to Our Studio
Send via a trackable, insured shipping service to:

6. Return Delivery
Once complete, we will carefully repackage your shoes and return them via insured shipping. You will receive tracking details by email.
